Redefining Asset Ownership

Since the advent of the internet, humanity has undergone tremendous changes. The proliferation of smartphones has brought about significant shifts in our daily lives.

Our perception of real-world assets is also evolving. A few years ago, one of the most popular buzzwords was “sharing.” We have witnessed many changes driven by the concept of sharing.

We have moved from an era of renting homes and cars to an era where even GPUs can be rented.

But what about “investment”?

Traditional assets like “stocks” and “bonds” are relatively easy to divide, and their unit prices offer good “accessibility.” However, in reality, Real World Assets (which are high-yield, high-alpha opportunities) still have significant barriers to entry. When the investment units are large or illiquid, the market cannot function properly.

Gaia Foundation aims to overcome these limitations and create a market where more people can easily access a wide range of real-world assets. By digitizing ownership of physical assets, we introduce a new paradigm where anyone can invest in assets transparently and efficiently, and share in their value. Through this, we seek to lower the barriers to entry in asset markets and build a fairer and more open ecosystem.
